Description

In 2018 Mozilla ran a pilot project : "Open Source Maintainer " to help a cohort of women step over legacy systems of meritocracy, and around imposter syndrome into into technical leadership. We learned a lot about how open source projects, can be more intentional and successful in their efforts to be inclusive of underrepresented people with goals for leadership.

This call will summarize some of the things we learned, with invited, technical women who can speak about their experiences stepping into open source leadership, for inspiration and challenge to projects everywhere.
