Arriving at lodging

Please plan to take public transportation to the Holiday Inn East Side. Here are instructions for arriving there: https://goo.gl/maps/brytXfNYK1r.

There are self-service BVG ticket kiosks at the airport. Follow the signs for buses and they'll lead you to them. For more information, visit the Tegel airport site. Public transportation is running most of the time, day and night.

Reimbursement policy

We are able to reimburse for the following expenses:

  • transportation between airport and hotel in Berlin,
  • visa fees

Please keep your receipts and deliver them to Jeff during the hackathon. We'll be able to reimburse in either local currency or via PayPal.

Any additional expenses once in Berlin are yours to cover (e.g., hotel room service, hotel laundry service, souvenirs, transportation around the city, etc.).
