Re: “Hellboy” Intellectual Property Rights Infringement

To Whom It May Concern:

Dark Horse Comics, Inc. is the publisher of “Hellboy” comic books. Mike Mignola, Dark Horse’s licensor, is the owner of the copyright to the material as well as the owner of the trademarks to the titles and the names and likenesses of the characters. It has been brought to my attention that Mozilla is hosting a page providing an infringing use of the material (please see the list of URLs below.)

I assert that I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained is not authorized by the rights owner, his or its agent, or the law. Further, the information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, for purposes of this notice I am authorized to act on behalf of Mike Mignola, the owner of the copyrights and trademarks that are being infringed.
