rustc landings

• Use `SmallVec` for the queue in `coerce_unsized`.
• Shrink `Statement`.
• Add a "cheap" mode for `compute_missing_ctors`.

Valgrind landings

• Use inlined frames in Massif XTree output.

Other

• Lots more DHAT overhaul progress. (The above rustc improvements were found with it.)
