What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Asia

• To meet more Asian Mozillian and Reps!
• Exchange ideas/opinions from other communities to make a better l10n on Gaia & Firefox Marketplace.
• Find some ways to engage more Taiwanese contributors on l10n to provide better l10n quality.
• Learn and share experiences on engaging and growing community.

What I want to achieve by Sunday (November 18th)

• Meet with Mitchell Baker, Engagement team, my Reps mentor and fellows.
• Help MozTW session speakers to make their sessions better.

What I will achieve by December 2nd

• Finish gaia l10n for bucket 1 & 2, begin testing.
• Begin l10n of Marketplace (Hope it's not too late)

What I will achieve by the end of 2012

• Reach 100% on l10n for first time and finish testing to have zh-TW Gaia & Marketplace releasable.
• Hold a local l10n workshop to "incubate" more l10n peers.
