Title of Session: Security and Privacy Roadmap - and YOU!

How are you currently involved with the community?: Driving and evangelizing the security and privacy roadmaps, features and community outreach.

Location of Work (where do you reside?): San Francisco/Mountain View

Talk Length: 60 minutes

Summary: Discuss the top security and privacy features on the roadmap; how those can help protect you and how you can make them even better! This includes Do Not Track, Firefox sandboxing, plugin click-to-play, Content Security Policy, CA pinning and HSTS, security UX improvements and research, and a bunch of other exciting stuff!

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals: Security and privacy are critically important for the markets mentioned (especially Germany and Poland). Enabling further community engagement to better define our roadmap and features, and help with their implementation is key to our success.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: Broad understanding of our security and privacy feature pipeline and how well that aligns with European needs and expectations. Find a few people willing to contribute.

Desired Audience Type or Skill-set: Developers willing to help, or community members with an understanding of their local market needs and expectations.
