Talk Length (please choose between 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes): 60 minutes

Summary: Share two new tools that will 1) help all Mozillians align their efforts and recognize each others contributions (Rypple); and 2) help provide all new Mozillians with a consistent entry experience into the organization (Red Carpet).

How your session furthers the MozCamp Goals (https://wiki.mozilla.org/MozCampEU2012/Tracks): To continue to expand our community, we're ensuring Mozillians have a great experience when they first join and are able to contribute quickly in a way that is meaningful to them. To help our community thrive and develop, we're providing tools and platforms to share feedback about each other (paid and unpaid alike) and capture feedback about ourselves.

Expected Outcome or Deliverable: To prep the community for the launch of this tool and seek feedback on what specifically is needed to get unpaid community members up to speed quickly and efficiently once they've joined the Project.
