Interwiki map? [edit]
I'd like to be able to link to Wikipedia and DevMo, but I don't see an Interwiki map and [[Wikipedia:asdf]] and [[w:en:asdf]] don't work.
Log in to edit -> less contributions [edit]
Why not let users edit without logging in? They kind of expect that from Wikipedia, and it'll encourage more contributions. There are excellent anti-spam solutions available, such as the anti-URL spam wikibooks.org uses (it seems to work great), or you can just set up a Recent Changes patrol like the one on Wikipedia. MediaWiki bug list [edit]
MediaWiki have compiled a list of bugs affecting the site. Is there an appropriate location on this wiki to record external bug lists? Jayvdb 01:15, 7 June 2007 (PDT)
- My suggestion wouldn't be to duplicate that list into the wiki here, but to instead file (or find) a "tracking" bug in buzilla, and mark all the bugs in that list as dependancies. --Justin Wood (Callek) 12:01, 7 June 2007 (PDT)
