Update tests: esr* channels

  • Note: adjust channel=<channelUnderTest> accordingly
  • Watersheds and special notes
    • Update tests support Firefox versions up to 3 releases back, or the last ESR Release - e.g. for Firefox 52 we support testing updates from Firefox 49, for all ESR 52 versions we support all ESR 52 versions
    • ALL
      • 45.0.1 - is an update "watershed" for ESR 45.0 - 45.0 ESR would update to 45.0.1 first, while all other versions should update directly to the latest ESR version (including older ESR versions) - see bug 1255245
    • WINDOWS
      • 45.3.0 - is an update "watershed" for Windows, no versions from before go to builds beyond it - see bug 1284904
      • 45.0.1 - there are no 64-bit Windows builds for ESR 38.8.0 and below, so update on Win 64 can only happen from ESR 45 (45.0.1 due to watershed above) and up
    • MAC OS X
      • 49+ - support was dropped for Mac OS X 10.6-10.8 starting with version 49 (users will get a deprecation notice) - see bug 1275607 - also versions <48.0.1 will be updated to 48.0.1
        • Moved Mac OS X 10.6 locales to the other Mac OS X machines:
          • mr & af - [mac 10.9 64bit]
          • cs & nn-NO - [mac 10.10 64bit]
          • tr & en-GB - [mac 10.11 64bit]
    • LOCALE UPDATES:

Win 32 builds config file

  • Jan 20 - changed:

[windows 8.1 64bit] 45.3.0esr=cak to [windows 8.1 64bit] 45.3.0=ro ru (as the cak locale was not found for ESR 45.7.0)

  • Jan 23 - changed:

[windows 8.1 64bit] 45.3.0esr=ro ru to [windows 8.1 64bit] 45.3.0=ro (no need to test two locales here - either one of ro or ru works fine)
