- [ON TRACK] Gather consensus and finalize "Coupled Release Model". Make preparations and perform planning for implementation in 2014 [akeybl]
- l10n consensus must be a major focus
- [ON TRACK] Complete separation of focus between desktop/mobile and OS [bajaj]
- [ON TRACK] Three new blog posts, proposals, or presentations per RM
