Network issues in SCL3 (bug 957502 and deps). The underlying issue is a very large amount of traffic flowing to/from Amazon AWS as we build/test in response to code pushes. Several people are working hard on improving the situation, and made good progress yesterday, eg we didn't have a tree closure last night during peak load. There shouldn't be any impact to the remaining release automation tasks, but it's a source of risk worth pointing out.
