Puppeteer tests on try (ato)

  • Necessary plumbing for running tests using mach in place
  • Will soon have the ability to run them on try/TaskCluster
  • Some Docker image dependencies left to resolve, but know how to do it

Page.bringToFront (jdescottes)

A follow-up bug was filed to make it synchronous (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1556715).

Still deciding what to work on next.

Fission

  • jwatt requested we attend the weekly Fission meeting
  • So don’t break things for Fission, can we send someone to the Fission meeting?
    • Panos is going already
  • ato suggesting maja_zf because better timezone
  • (AutomatedTester) Can we find out what the actual outcome of joining that meeting should be?
    • ACTION ato: Find out desired outcome and details.
  • ACTION (unassigned!): Write cross-origin subframe test for CDP

Tracking update

  • Gutenberg M1 MVP Backlog and development schedule set
  • Development will start on 24th June with a forecast completion of the MVP Backlog on 25th October
  • See Project Tracking Dashboard for current development status

Other announcements

Need to decide if we run the meeting next week, as both ato and ochameau are on holiday, then followed by Whistler.

Decision: We will cancel the meeting next week and the week after.
