Help us to do support data classification
During a major release, the Customer Experience team is trying to help the product team to understand release acceptance by doing support data classification. As a contributor, you can help us to classify the data we will collect in this spreadsheet so we can deliver release report with more notable information.
Answer forum questions
Many people visit our forum to ask questions about Firefox. You can contribute by answering their questions directly on the forum, or using the SUMO Live Helper addon created by SUMO contributors.
Respond to actionable tweets
You can also help many people who are having problems with their Firefox by responding to actionable tweets (meaning that the tweet expressed that somebody need support). Check out this article or take this short course to know more about how you can help people on Twitter. We strongly recommend existing community members to use Conversocial to reply to tweets from the official support account, @FirefoxSupport.
Reply to Play Store reviews for Firefox for Android
Google Play Store is a place where users write reviews about apps. As a contributor to Play Store Support program, you will be able to reply to those reviews under Mozilla's official name using a tool. More about that: How to contribute to Play Store Support
