Overall Status: FAIL
- Tester: tracy

Key findings:
- Help content is empty
- Anti-Phishing pref dialog text not translated
- A bunch of redirections are not in place so the start page and many books marks result in 404 errors.
- The Yahoo and Google Feed readers are in the wrong order as specified in the RSS req doc. But this doc is known to not be finalized Mic and Phil- what is your call on this??
- The BBC RSS feed throws can't update live feed error. Just like en-US.
