Possible mini-sprint in Mountain View, Feb 4 with apps engineers.

In preparation for Mobile World Congress (Feb 25-28), we need lots of docs finished for Firefox OS, apps, and web dev in general.

Triage

(sheppy) Review new dev-doc-needed bugs; open doc bugs for them.
