Three Rules of Snakes

1. If you see a snake kill it You are empowered to fix problems that you see
2. Don't play with dead snakes When a decision is made, we're on the bus. No grousing. If new information is found we can reexamine our decision and it might change.
3. Every opportunity starts out looking like a snake We shouldn't be too quick to dismiss ideas. Sometimes when things look really bad new insights are found.
