[] Lead the organization of the multi-locale l10n community hackathons scheduled for the second 6 months of 2016. This includes aiding the other l10n-drivers participating in directing collaborative hackathon planning, fostering opportunities for full planning collaboration between l10n communities and the l10n-drivers, and personally directing the hackathons I am assigned to be directly involved in.

[] With Delphine, lay the necessary foundation for effective Fennec RTL meetings in London, including formal spec reviews, regular RTL meetings between taskforce, and a complete business case for investing in RTL.
- INFRASTRUCTURE
[] Create l10n language resource repositories in github and migrate existing l10n teams wiki content from Wiki to Github and work with 10 l10n communities to create their first l10n style guides.
[] Create new information architecture for l10n training documentation and begin making video tutorials.
[] Work with flod to manage l10n NDA members.
