Q. How Project Joey fit into you Mozilla Mobile plans?

A. We all know that mobile is growing at a tremendous rate. There is a lot of competition in the space. Joey is a different technique used to bring content and metadata to your mobile experience.

Q. How do you access uploaded information from your phone?

A. There are two ways: If you have a phone with a decent browser (XHTML MP or better), you can just go to the Web site and we provide a view to that data that is suited for that type of browser.

Alternatively we offer a JAVA Midlet which allows a richer type of experience.

Q. I can't upload, view uploaded content, or something doesn't work. Help me!

A. Please file a bug in bugzilla. This allows us to track similar problems, and help you. Please provide as much information as possible including your username, what you were attempting to do, etc.

Q. My handset/device/phone isn't support yet. How can I get support?

A. Please file a bug in bugzilla.

Q. How do I track all bugs of the Joey Component in Bugzilla?

A. Log into bugzilla. Go to your preferences page, go to the 'Email preferences' tab and put 'joey@mozilla-labs.bugs' into the field called 'Add users to my watch list'. Then submit your changes. Done.
