Known Issues Native UI Firefox for Android

Installation, Sync, Add-Ons and Preferences

• Updating Firefox 7, 8, 9, and 10 for Mobile is not currently supported. Conduct a clean install for best results. Uninstall and reinstall using these instructions (bug 699199)

• Sync is not currently supported: history from the previous version of the browser will not be saved and bookmarks will need to be re-set. (bug 695463)
  
  
• This version of Firefox is English-Only regardless of any device-specific language settings. ( bug 695565)
  
  
• Setting your homepage is not supported in this version; Fennec Native will always default to the Nightly Startpage upon launch. (bug 696950)
  
  

Browsing Webpages

• There are usability issues when filling in website forms. (bug 705201)
  
  
• Text on areas of some web pages may inconsistently large (bug 705446)
  
  
• Instability may occur upon quitting the application
  
  
• Flash objects may not appear properly anchored to the screen (lag when moving around a page, switching tabs)
