Mozilla.com/Redirects

We need redirects for several services, both on a CNAME alias level and on http.

Affected are:

start
www
fxfeeds
addons
phishing

Phishing is currently finalized in bug 346242.

CNAME

CNAME aliases should look like %LOCALE%.%SERVICE%.MOZILLA.COM, and be created/maintained for all locales in all-locales. See bug 347944 for the client and bug 348568 for infra.

REDIRECT

XXX Need a list of URLs, needs at least bug 348165.
