There are two localization work flows in my mind. One is of the localizer who is localizing the litmus application itself, and the other is the localizer who is localizing the test cases in the litmus application.
L10N for the application
- Use standard methods/tools for localizing a web application
L10N for test cases
- When a new translation is provided for a test case, that translation is tracked with the test case. If the test case is changed, then the translation is flagged as "changed" which means that it possibly needs to be changed.
- Need notification support for test case translations tagged as "changed" so that the test case authors or L10N leads can be notified in this event
- Need ability to search for all test case translations that have the "changed" flag set.
- Need standard UTF-8 support for double byte characters and right to left languages (duh).
