4 locales failed to unpack one of the complete MAR file. Need to use the standalone repack builder and trigger the "all repacks ready" builder.
3 win32 and 2 win64 had the same issue. Standalone repacks running ....

missed some config changes in the S3 migration for ftp, so the single locale repacks got uploaded to stage instead of S3. Landed the fix for the next build, but not going to worry about copying the files over
SHA512SUMS not copied from candidates to releases, needs following up on bug 1181542. Since this is new not going to fix it up
Push to mirrors didn't work automatically. Submitted https://bug1175085.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8678181 to address the issue.
AV builder is still pending. Enabled AV builders in slavealloc. Investigating.
