Phase I Join ReMo Form

Where are the requirements for this?

What data is captured? Where is it stored? When will it be used and by what? Perhaps writing a bug would capture these elements. Is the privacy policy in place?

For prototyping: A google docs form might work nicely here.

For production: We use Responsys to manage email contact lists. We use either Responsys or Socketlabs for sending email.
