User:Booyabazooka/Config descriptions

There are a number of options in the about:config menu that really should be in the primary Options/Preferences dialogue. Understandably, not everything can be there, though, so I'd settle for dealing with some of the unnecessary limitations of about:config.

Descriptions

Primarily, there is no way to discern what the options do without reading some external documentation. This could be easily remedied by adding another column to the about:config page, "Description," which would provide a short explanation of what each parameter means.

Orphaned

Currently, there is absolutely nothing in the Firefox gui that indicates the existence of either about:config or about:plugins (and there may be more 'about' pages of which I am unaware?). There should be a way to inform users about Firefox's tweakability, instead of just letting people slowly discover the browser's features from what they read online.
