The Use of named Anchors is clumsey. You have to dig into the source code of a page to see if any exsist and to determine the name of the section that you want to link to Or bookmark and come back to. Unless of course the page author provides an index of the named sections. So my suggestion is this: If there are named anchors in the Page. Mozilla should through some mechanizam allow the end user to bookmark or retrieve a link to the current screen state. Eg If I am browsing a page and the top visable line of the page on screen is in a section with a named lable ( <A name=Appendix></a>. I should be able to generated a URL or bookmark like http://site.domain/page.html#Appendix. (I suggest an addition to the right click context menu that says "Bookmark this screen"

To take this suggestion a step further. if the page does not contain any named sections. Then mozzilla should allow for some standardized addition to the bookmark that could communicatate a location in the page (perhaps Charector # or element #) so that bookmarks could "save" the current screen state. This must be independent of display configuration, The link must be to page content.
