Mozilla Serive Week has three phases

1. Before the Service Week
2. During Service Week
3. After Service Week

Phase 2 changes 9/8/09

Please svn update to pick up the new "phase 2" strings

• completely new strings
  • strings that missed the origonal string freeze (like error messages)
  • new copy for phase 2
  • OneWebDay copy
• slight changes to reflect the change of time
• faq - optional: please update pages/faq.php with the changes in Bug#514753

More slight tweaks are coming, as well as Phase 3 copy changes, but we wanted to get these changes to the L10n communities as soon as possible.

Phase 3 changes 9/17/09

Please svn update to pick up the new "phase 3" strings

• copy that will be permenant on the site until the next Service Week
• I'll be editing your faq.php file Bug#516574. Let me know if you *don't* want me to do this.
• New download certificate
• Please review the msgid "You made someone's world better!", if your translation includes "Thank You - You made someone's world better!", please drop the Thank You - part of your translation. This is now a separate string.

How to test Phase 1, 2, and 3

You can add

 ?phase=2

Example:

and change it too

 http://mozillaservice.stage.mozilla.com/learn_more/index/ko_KO?phase=2

PO file Comments

The messages.po file has comments which note phase 1 and phase 2 strings.
