**It was a big event, very well organized as far as I could tell.

**It wasn't the right audience to promote add-on development or Jetpack. However, some of the attendees did show interest in those areas. This is more of a content creator conference, so I think it can be valuable for Mozilla to continue supporting it, maybe with a different angle (more on the side of marketing and community building).
**Next time have mice for laptops - some people were confused how to use the mac trackpads
**IT to have a larger display Windows laptop to demo Firefox 4
**Geek Lab (maybe focus solely on the suite next time)
**Create a wiki for talking points of have a prep session for the event ahead of time
**Next time have WoMoz marketing mateirals, recruiting

** It was a big event, very well organized as far as I could tell.
** I thought the audience was the right one to promote RYF and add-ons in general. There were many Firefox users that didn't know what an add-on was.
** It wasn't the right audience to promote add-on development or Jetpack. However, some of the attendees did show interest in those areas.
** This is more of a content creator conference, so I think it can be valuable for Mozilla to continue supporting it, maybe with a different angle (more on the side of marketing and community building).

*The SUMO team wants us to recognize Collin Sasse as a Friend of the Tree for helping lead SUMO's Twitter effort after the Firefox 3.6.6 major update and 4.0 beta releases. He's been an awesome contributor for over two years, making a huge difference with our social network outreach and our response to Firefox updates.
