*Bug 1329015 Release 51 add-on expansion landing for next beta (12th). Low risk - known type of update ("allow list") - Release expansion based on users with 50+ users in Beta.
*for ESR - how does that work for making sure right configuration is there? want to make sure system add-on targets only MPC=true and webextensions in 52 release.
*Ritu is checking if the system add-on is shipping with ESR 52... enables activating or not e10s. For add-ons we want the 50 criteria of e10s only for MPC=true and webextensions if possible
