Let's start talking with them. That's why I loved the survey Gandalf did this March, that's why I'm working with him on doing another one, and that's why I've been working with Pascal on a community feedback survey tool. 	Mozilla Europe will have to decide whether it wants to be a Firefox-centric organization (as MoCo is) or whether it wants to embrace the whole European Mozilla ecosystem by engaging more with Thunderbird, Calendar, SeaMonkey or closed-source mozilla-driven application developers. A European Mozilla ecosystem conference could be a valuable thing to add. 			Make people meet. Locally ''and'' on the European level. Promote Mozilla (Firefox, the platform, the technology) by promoting the community. Meetings are good occasions to talk - you can talk before the meeting, you can talk during the meeting, you can talk after it :-) And you get others talking about you + you probably get higher visibility among the companies. Mozilla Europe has done wonderful and impressive job promoting Firefox during these last years. Let's do the same for the whole platform. Meeting are good, as they:
			* create a certain culture around the technology,
			* make people learn, share and once again - learn. And share. This is how we promote openness.
			* promote mainly the ideas and the technology, not the companies themselves
