Minutes From the Last Executive Team Weekly Meeting
- July board meeting - Made a decision that the meeting will be virtual. We will share a mid-year review of the budget, as well as an update on our long-term financial planning (part of OKR 5).
- OKR working groups - Much appreciation to KR leads for their involvement in moving the work forward. Still in the early days, but the bi-weekly meetings seem to be productive and are aiding cross-team collaboration.
- Fundraising update - Juan joined to share an update on results from our major donor appeal test-run, and plans for broadening the approach to our most committed grassroots donors in the coming weeks.
