For learners & mentors:

We need to clearly communicate: What's the offering?

  • WHY? What's the motive? Why should I start or join a study group?
  • HOW? How do I do it? What are the steps in the process?

For us:

  • REVISED METRICS. How are we going to measure against this in June?
  • OUR THEORY & PLAN. Is this ladder of engagement we imagine?
    • 1) Convert traffic to sign-ups
    • 2) Convert sign-ups into STARTING or JOINING study groups
    • 3) People in those study groups create questions and complete learning tasks
    • 4) That leads to assessment and badges
    • 5) Those people now have more credibility and social capital. They become leaders and mentors who create new study groups. In a cyclical process that scales.
