Ideas from Mozilla Connect
- davidsk: SUMO should have an initial triage page
- I agree. Without code changes product owners should be able to create a custom AAQ form/wizard for their products. I think this idea is easy to suggest but hard to implement. Based on my drupal days, I want something like Drupal's CCK and Views everywhere :-)

- bug 520560: A label / tagging system like Gmail - with new features <-- how much should Thunderbird customize itself for popular proprietary extensions from popular services like gmail or office365.com? Not sure where I stand on this one
