Here are the offers that I got from hotels in no specific order:
Karpos Hotel**** (Gorjan: Personal Choice)
- Location: 1 min from the University of Technology.
- Conference room size: 25 / 45-50 people depending on seating arrangements.
- WiFi.
- No projector (can use Free Software Macedonia's one).
- Sound system available at extra cost.
- Rooms: 129E Single, 150E Double + Breakfast (can arrange other meals at extra cost)
Problem:
- It has reservations for the 29th, but they are uncertain, and if we decide for this hotel on the 29th and 30th, we can contact them and they will see to free up rooms.
Best Western****
- Location: Dead City Center
- Conference room size: 20 - 50 - 100 (depending on seating)
- WiFi, LCD Projectors at extra price
- Rooms: 140E Single, 172E Double + Breakfast
Stone Bridge*****
- Location: Dead city center
- Conference room size: 40 - 100 (depending)
- WiFi
- Rooms: 138E Single, 159 Double + Breakfast
Aleksandar Palace***** (just for info, not srsly considering this one)
- Location: On the outskirts of Skopje, 10 minute drive to the city center.
- Conference room size: from 10 to 1400 people depending on seating arrangements.
- WiFi, Projectors and all that you can think of
- Rooms: 145E Single, 190E Double + Breakfast
Problem:
- Too far away from the center or any food places.
- Way overprices, but then again, it's a 5 star hotel.
Holiday Inn & Continental still need to answer and give me info by mail.
All hotels offered a lowering of price if mass booking is made.
