Federation of badges earned from a website/organization

After acing a course on HTML5 organized via P2PU, Yin has earned the right to use his "HTML5 Wizard" badge anywhere he likes. In a few weeks, Yin is looking for a job, and he heads over to LinkedIn where he keeps his business networking profile. Yin imports his new badge, LinkedIn verifies that the badge is authentic before displaying it on Yin's profile, and now everyone can see it and know that he's a top-tier HTML hacker.
