Update Bouncer

Added manually (including Solaris contrib).

Disable updates to 3.6.7

Drivers asked that we disable all updates to 3.6.7. Did so by committing this patch, tagging it as AUS2_PRODUCTION, and filing bug 581462 for IT to update AUS.
