Sarah
Sarah is a QA engineer. She is quite pedantic and methodical, so she's good at QA. She knows the company's product very well.
Goals:
- Feel like she's making a difference to the quality of the product
- Understand the current state of the software
Likes:
- Clear, concise bug reports with steps to reproduce and real vs. expected outcomes
Dislikes:
- Programmers who don't test their fixes properly

- Triaging vague bug reports to try and reproduce them and improve them
