CrashKill [tomcat/marcia]

• marcia
  • Weekly crashkill mtg held on Monday. Reviewed top trunk crashes as well as B10 crashes
  • Filed several bugs as a result of duplicate crashes showing up in B11 early data

Accessibility Status Update [marco]

• bug 626660 completed landing for the February 6 nightly build, but the last patch of this bug was mostly clean up to make the code a bit more efficient. This will be in B12.
• For FX4, the three remaining issues I see are:
  • bug 630194 - We're working with the Layout team to figure out why they are not notifying us properly when they insert the menu items for the Language sub menu if more than 1 dictionary is installed.
  • bug 563912 - which I sent a ping to today to get it moving again after it was backed out. This impacts all keyboard users, not just those with assistive technologies.
  • bug 616136 - which also impacts all keyboard users. The doorhanger steals focus away from the page when it comes up.

QA Videos [marcia]

• See discussion item about where to house videos
  • We have several videos that are ready to upload so we should try to come to a resolution about what to do here.

• Marcia and Lukas talked about adding Universal Subtitles capability to all the videos we do here at Mozilla to encourage people to translate things from english to other languages
  • It is as easy as adding this: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://s3.www.universalsubtitles.org/js/mirosubs-widgetizer.js"></script>
    • Marcia to work with Rainer to do this for existing videos.

Roundtable

• marcia suggested attending weekly Marketing mtgs on Wed - but they conflict with this meeting.
  • this are irc meetings right?
  • these are not IRC meetings they are weekly calls that they broadcast on video from Ten Forward
• Follow up discussion re: Where to house video content on QMO. We had an action item to discuss at QA staff.

• QA Scrumpad (marcia]
  • At 1:1 yesterday with Matt we discussed trying to integrate more of the projects so that the scrumpad is more than just Tomcat and Marcia. Matt took an action item to talk to Aakash
