The Extensions Manager UI is getting a face-lift for Firefox 2. There are a lot of new features and improvements that we will need to test as Rob checks in his work.

  • Update existing testcases in Litmus to reflect the new UI changes as well as add additional testcases for the new features.
    • Includes merging the Themes and Extensions testgroups into a unified Add-ons Manager group.

Test Cases

  • Everything is in FF2.0 > FFTs/BFTs > Add-ons Manager
  • Some testcase are also in FF2.0 > FFTs/BFTs > Extension and Theme Update

To do

  • Make sure testcases in both FFTs and BFTs are in sync
  • Add more testcases for testing updating extensions
  • Test extension blacklisting... somehow...
