If you are checking this section is because you have more likely seen a dialog on a Windows 7 machine that has not yet booted up with a dialog title "Display Changer 4.1.4 from 12noon (12noon.com)" saying that there are problems. | |||
To confirm that there is something wrong you can right click on the desktop and select "Screen resolution". | |||
You should see more than 3 available screen resolutions. | |||
If this is true please file a bug for IT to check/replace the dongle of that host. | |||

Mac
On a mac, login via VNC and open "System Preferences" on the apple menu. Go to "Display" and check that you see "a lot" of display resolutions rather than "a few".
Windows 7
If you are checking this section is because you have more likely seen a dialog on a Windows 7 machine that has not yet booted up with a dialog title "Display Changer 4.1.4 from 12noon (12noon.com)" saying that there are problems.
To confirm that there is something wrong you can right click on the desktop and select "Screen resolution". You should see more than 3 available screen resolutions.
If this is true please file a bug for IT to check/replace the dongle of that host.
