These goals are still in draft

[AT RISK] Build a prototype SDK that can build add-ons that use non-UI based features for Fennec
- Currently depends on the new native UI Fennec which is still in flux

[ON TRACK] Build a prototype SDK that supports content processes on desktop
[ON TRACK] Build a prototype SDK that can build add-ons that run in their own process

[ON TRACK] Build an API that developers can use to localise JS strings
[ON TRACK] Create a plan for extending that API to allow localising HTML content

[ON TRACK] Continue to release new versions of the SDK periodically with new features and bug fixes
