About:config warning

The about:config now shows a warning screen "I'll be careful, I promise!" We need to look for all instances in the KB, in which there are instructions to use about:config, and include a note about the warning screen.

We'll wait until the UI is final, a planned feature that will compress images upon upload. At which point, all screenshots will be updated for articles that apply to Firefox 3.
