What went well

  • 2 respondents took time to offer extra feedback in private emails
    • both seemed open or potentially open to contributing more going forward

Things we can improve

  • We didn't leave a general comment space in the survey
  • Had overlapping "Code & Reviews" and "Development" as primary contribution areas
  • After noticing the overlap, forgot to coalesce them in parts of my analysis until it was pointed out.
