Beta Locales Pending Spotchecks Before Release
af, be, ka, and ku locales have been available as "beta" for some time now, and our localizers have asked whether we can make these "release" builds. We will spotcheck these to make sure any obvious errors aren't found, and then give a status update to make the call.
