• blog about nightlies; link to from wiki
• figure out versioning / compatibility / build plan
• fix branch-build related bugs (in progress)
• fix ui dogfood bugs (Tues, 2005.11.29)
• forums, calendar blog post about nightlies (Weds, 2005.11.30)
• fix performance dogfood bugs (Tues, 2005.12.6)
• announce to mozillazine (Weds, 2005.12.7)
• fix all known dataloss bugs (Tues, 2005.12.20)
• fix remaining blockers (Tues, 2005.12.29)
• release 0.1rc1 (Weds, 2005.12.21)

The dates here are aggressive/optimistic, so I'll be a little surprised if they all get met.
