Proposal for "Todo tab" context menu

[Bug 330232]

• No context menu exists, thus it would be useful
• New and Delete options are obvious
• Status: one has to be able to change status
• Hiding and showing completed tasks should be context sensitive
• Properties is same as "Edit"
