Hmmm. It seems that most folks around here think that Marketing means "selling".

Sigh.

Whatever happened to "customer-focused business"?

Does Mozilla know what its customers want? Does Mozilla know what its customers think about its current offerings?

If Mozilla does know, why isn't Mozilla sharing?
