What went not so well?

Finding regression windows
- Example - between beta 5 and the tip in Dec, a regression occurred that drastically diminished page load performance. Tracking down this change basically halted development.
Supporting fast plugin drawing
- The work to get flash drawing fast seemed rushed and last minute.
