There are some limits in security/manager/chrome/pipnss/pipnss.properties. See bug 435874
bad migration access keys
We used to have broken accesskeys for Safari and Camino in browser/chrome/browser/migration/migration.dtd. See bug 421893
no UTF-7, please
There should be no UTF-7 in toolkit/chrome/global/intl.properties, see bug 441876
