This is the current list of things to do for 0.1. Target dates for each milestone in parens.

• place all precautionary / compatibility notices
• blog about nightlies; link to from wiki
• figure out versioning / compatibility / build plan (in progress)
• file all known 0.1 blocker bugs (in progress)
• fix ui dogfood bugs (Tues, 2005.11.15)
• forums, calendar blog post about nightlies (Weds, 2005.11.9)
• fix performance dogfood bugs (Tues, 2005.11.15)
• announce to mozillazine (Weds, 2005.11.16)
• fix all known dataloss bugs (Tues, 2005.11.22)
• fix remaining blockers (Tues, 2005.11.29)
• release 0.1rc1 (Weds, 2005.11.30)

The dates here are agressive/optimistic, so I'll be a little surprised if they all get met.
