• place all precautionary / compatibility notices
• blog about nightlies; link to from wiki
• figure out versioning / compatibility / build plan
• fix branch-build related bugs (in progress)
• fix ui dogfood bugs on blocker list
• forums, calendar blog post about nightlies
• fix performance dogfood bugs on blocker list
• announce to mozillazine
• fix all known dataloss bugs
• fix remaining blockers
• release 0.1rc1

The dates here are aggressive/optimistic, so I'll be a little surprised if they all get met.
